Applicant Requirements-Drivers & General Workers

  1. Valid South African ID document or valid work permit for foreign workers (All certified copies)
  2. Minimum 3 Years of experience strickly for drivers
  3. Grade 12 Certificate strickly for General Workers.
  4. Valid Drivers’ licence
  5. Valid PrDP
  6. Proof of physical address
  7. SARS Tax Number
  8. Previous Employer U19 Copy
  9. Bank Statement
  10. Clean Criminal Record

NB: All high calibre applicant that includes the Admin Officers, Site Supervisors, Site Managers, Fleet Controllers, HSE Officers etc are subjects
to high panel interviewers comprising of our HR and OPS Managent teams although all checks may be similar to the above categories.

(a) Adhoc-Supply

Under the adhoc supply we provide services to our clients when needing assistance for a day or two in the absence of their employees for
a reason or the other. It does not matter when this need arises, we do transport our workers to the client premises and back home depending
on what time they are done with their work.
(b) Short Term Supply

We do provide services to our clients whenever a replacement for someone of their work for a short period e.g someone on annual leave, sick leave, Study leave or some one on suspension in making sure that our clients do not lose out in production as a result of absentism.
© Medium Term Supply

The medium term supply is no longer than three months in the event that our client employee/employees is absent for training or extended leaves
And as critical the situation might be we always make sure that we supply the most qualified replacement to maintain continuity for or clients.
(b) Long Term Supply

In the event that our client is not sure as to when its project will be completed, we then supply our clients with a longterm replacement/addition
to make sure our client continues to function quite well under our support.
Sunrise Specialised Services will always observe the laws that governs labour in any situation
€ Contract Supply

The contract supply is predetermined by our clients in the event that the client is running a project for a certain period or alternatively not
exactly sure for how long it will require labour. Sunrise Specialised Services will again walk along side its clients in making sure that our
client objectives are realised in line with the labour laws.

NB: In addition to the above services, we also provide transport and other related services to our clients employees in the event they knock of late when there is no public transport
available as a way of looking after the workforce and the same goes to our workers in this regards
Sunrise Specialised Services is until the provision of the labour law liable of any labour issue related to its employees, financial, legal and otherwise.
It is most certainly that after every 3 months of continuous employment Sunrise Specialised Services and its client becomes jointly liable in the event of
a labour dispute, however Sunrise Specialised Services will take the lead in mitigating the cost involved as a temporary employment service provider.

1.Wage & Accounts Administration-Composed of highly qualified accountants and adminstrators and a 100% wage control and adminstration is gauranteed.  Invoicing of high standard and accurancy is undoubtely our biggest strength. Clients will be invoiced on weekily basis and the terms of payment will be 14 (fourteen) days from the date of invoicing.

2. Sunrise Specialised Services complies to the workman’s compesation requirements as required by the law and other statutory requirements such as U19, PAYE

3. Sunrise Specialised Services boost itself of a highly flexible operations that is able to respond to any client needs at any given time and our clients are the beneficial of these services. Our clients holds the right to exclude, dismiss, remove and replace our employees based on poor work performance, bad work attitude, none compliances and any other workplace misconduct. All extra operational cost carried out are full covered by Sunrise Specialised Service

4. Delivery times are of our biggest focuss for we understand that our clients thrives out of very good turn around strategies to muximuze their productions and therefore we strive to deliver workers just under an hour never mind the time of placing the order by our client under any normal circumstances.

5. Time sheets Verification are supplied and handled by our operations team but signed and approved by our clients with a minimum charge of 4 hours per worker. Electronic time sheets are also an option to our clients making it easy to keep records of the time sheets sent through to Sunrise Specialised Services. Sunrise Specialised Services employees will commence their work at a time set by the client and finish at a time authorised by the client and if there is a change in work times, Sunrise Specialised Services will be notified.

6. Our recruitment is designed to suit the client specific requirements and of very high standard seperating it from the rest at our own cost.

7. Sunrise Specialised Services understand that the industry it operates under is not short of the risks and above its high recruitment standards have a special team that take care of all incidents/accidents and investigates to the core and provide feedback to its clients comprising of photos of damages, statements, witness statements, video footage where possible, tracking reports, scene photos etc and proffessional and technical advise based solutions.
NB: All incidents/accidents should be reported to Sunrise Specialised Services in no more than 24 hours with supportive documents to enable Sunrise Specialised Services to conclude its investigation within its time limit of 48 hours. Disciplinary outcomes are also available for our clients at their request.

8. Worker training forms the intergral part of our core busness in shaping our workers and making them the best they are. From time to time Sunrise Specialised Services conducts refresher courses with its employees to make sure the high work standards are mantained all the time. It is our best interest and that of client that the standard of our employees is in line with the expectations of our clients hence this our business priority.

9. Our Clients agrees not to permanently employ our workers direct or indirect into the client books before our employee completes a period of 12 months of work by the client and that if the client decide to, the client agrees to pay a minimum of 15% of the employee’s annual income to Sunrise Specialised Services assist and cover the recruitment cost involved.

10. Very highly experienced Management Team that oversees all operational proceedings and provide solution based advise to the clients on strategies and technical planning awareness.
